Refund Windows
48+ hours before departure
100% full refund
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour and receive a complete refund.
24–48 hours before departure
50% refund
Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your tour and receive a partial refund.
Less than 24 hours before departure
No refund
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of departure.
If the Operator Cancels
If the tour is cancelled by the operator due to weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
