ATV Tour Transportation & Hotel Pickup

Complimentary round-trip hotel transportation is included with every ATV Desert Adventure booking. Here's everything you need to know about how pickup works.

Pickup Zones

Cabo San Lucas Hotel Zone

Approximately 30–45 minutes before tour time

Pickup available from most major hotels along the Cabo San Lucas strip.

San José del Cabo Hotel Zone

Approximately 15–30 minutes before tour time

Pickup available from hotels in the San José del Cabo tourist corridor.

Tourist Corridor (between Cabo San Lucas & San José del Cabo)

Approximately 20–35 minutes before tour time

Pickup available from corridor resort hotels. Exact timing confirmed after booking.

What Happens After Booking

You'll receive an instant confirmation email with your booking reference

Within 12 hours, we'll send your confirmed pickup time and location via email and WhatsApp

If your hotel is outside a standard pickup zone, we'll provide the nearest meeting point

You'll receive a WhatsApp reminder 24 hours before your tour

What to Bring

Valid driver's license (required for all ATV drivers)
Closed-toe shoes (mandatory)
Sunscreen and sunglasses with a secure strap
Light jacket or long-sleeve shirt (desert mornings can be cool)
Your booking confirmation (email or screenshot)

When to Be Ready

Please be ready 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.

Our shuttle operates on a schedule to ensure we reach the ATV base camp on time. If you miss your pickup window, we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals.
